Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-09-17
Acceptance
By using the Notion Clip website, API, and browser extension (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. This product is an independent third-party tool and is not affiliated with Notion Labs, Inc.
Service description
We provide features to clip web content into your Notion workspace, plus optional paid subscriptions (Pro). Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time; we will try to minimize impact on existing users.
Accounts and security
- You must provide a valid email and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for security, abuse, or illegal activity.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Violate applicable laws or third-party rights (including copyright and privacy).
- Attempt to attack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service or infrastructure.
- Abuse the API, bypass usage or subscription limits, or scrape others’ content for unlawful purposes.
- Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or fraud.
Notion and third parties
Clipping depends on your Notion authorization and the availability of the Notion API. Outages, permission changes, or rate limits may restrict functionality; we are not responsible for matters beyond our reasonable control. Payments are processed by third parties such as Creem and are subject to their own terms.
Subscriptions and fees
The Free plan is available as published. Paid plans such as Pro are billed at the prices and intervals shown at checkout. Unless required by law or agreed otherwise in writing, fees paid for a billing period are generally non-refundable. After cancellation, benefits usually continue until the end of the current period.
Intellectual property
Software, branding, and documentation in the Service belong to us or our licensors. You retain rights to your own content; you grant us a limited processing license needed to provide clipping (for example, temporary transmission to Notion).
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the related paid service in the twelve months before the claim (or zero for free users).
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and post them on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree, stop using the Service and delete your account.
